Documents

Please do not send any documents via this site until someone requests that you do. Each applicant over the age of 18 will need to have a copy of:

  • Valid US Drivers License/ID
  • Social Security Card
  • 2 most recent pay stubs or 2 years of tax returns if self employed

Once documents are requested from you they can either be uploaded via our Upload Center, submitted in person or sent via text or email (contact details will be provided).

Payments

Please do not send any payments via this site until someone requests that you do.  Each situation is different however in most cases at least first month and security deposit equal to 2 months rent are due prior to move in.

For example, if a property is listed for $800 it would be a minimum of around $2,400 upfront in order to schedule a move in date. Broken down this is $800 for first month + $1600 for security deposit; we do not collect last month rent upfront.  This amount can vary for reasons such as pro-rated move in dates, pet fee, etc but 3x rent is usually a ballpark figure for the minimum to move in. Funds must be provided before a move in date can be scheduled and in some cases a non refundable deposit can be made in order to reserve the home for a maximum of 15 days while you gather the full amount needed to move in.
